Yes. Fresh VA is a registered staffing company that connects virtual assistants with real businesses. We never charge applicants any fees.

No. Application is completely free. If anyone asks you to pay a fee to join, it is not from us. Report it immediately.

Hours depend on the client and role. Most positions are full-time (8 hours/day) or part-time (4 hours/day), typically aligned with US business hours. Some roles offer flexible scheduling.

Pay varies by role and experience level, but our rates are competitive and above the market average for VA positions. Exact rates are discussed during the interview process.

You need a reliable computer (desktop or laptop), stable internet connection (at least 25 Mbps), a quiet workspace, and a headset with microphone.

From application to placement, it typically takes 1 to 3 weeks depending on role availability and how quickly you complete the assessments.

We assess English proficiency (written and verbal), role-specific skills, and tool proficiency. Assessments vary by role but are designed to be fair and practical.

If you are in a part-time role, you may be able to work with a second client. This depends on scheduling and workload. Full-time roles are dedicated to one client.

Some entry-level roles are available. If you have relevant skills (admin work, sales, customer service, etc.) even from traditional employment, those are transferable. Highlight your skills in your application.

Payments are processed monthly via bank transfer or other methods available in your region. Payments are always on time.
